Rochelle Cole

Rochelle is a passionate and results-driven leader with over a decade of experience in operations, property management, and community-centered development. As Vice President of Opportunity Hubs at Life Remodeled, she leads the strategy and daily operations of the Durfee Innovation Society and Anchor Detroit, two vibrant spaces designed to foster opportunity, collaboration, and growth for individuals and organizations across the city.
Rochelle brings a unique ability to blend strong operational leadership with a deep commitment to people. She oversees leasing, partner engagement, and event operations, ensuring that each space not only runs efficiently but also delivers a welcoming and impactful experience for all who walk through the doors. Her work plays a key role in advancing Life Remodeled’s mission to create environments where communities can thrive.
Before joining Life Remodeled, Rochelle spent over 10 years in multifamily property management, most recently serving as a Regional Director at VennPoint Communities. During her tenure, she helped scale operations, build high-performing teams, and implement systems that improved both performance and resident experience. Her leadership earned multiple industry honors, including Regional of the Year and the President’s Award, and she has served as Vice President and Board Member of the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association.
Known for her ability to bring structure to complex challenges, Rochelle is both strategic and solutions-oriented. She is especially passionate about building systems that support long-term sustainability while keeping people at the center of every decision. Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and creating spaces where others feel empowered to succeed.
Rochelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, along with a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation, and was selected for the National Apartment Association Leadership Lyceum. She is also deeply passionate about mental health and is committed to creating spaces that promote well-being, connection, and opportunity for all.
