The Vice President of Opportunity Hubs (VPOH) is the heartbeat of Life Remodeled’s seminal revitalization strategy, our Opportunity Hub campuses, which include the Durfee Innovation Society (DIS) on Detroit’s west side and the soon-to-launch Anchor Detroit (AD) on Detroit’s east side. The VPOH is the central face and personality in ensuring that every square foot of these hubs hums with collaboration, creativity, and community transformation. This leader doesn’t simply manage buildings; they build ecosystems where nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and changemakers unite to rewrite the story of what’s possible in Detroit neighborhoods.

The Director of Youth & Community Engagement leads Life Remodeled’s efforts to empower Detroit youth and strengthen neighborhood connections through high-impact programs, partnerships, and events centered at the Durfee Innovation Society (DIS), Anchor Detroit (Life Remodeled’s newest opportunity hub), and future opportunity hubs. This role ensures youth academic success, community collaboration, and measurable neighborhood thriving.

At Life Remodeled, the Accounting Analyst is more than a numbers person; they are a mission-critical partner in fueling our community impact. In this role, you’ll help power the financial engine behind our work by ensuring every revenue stream, expense, grant, and program transaction is recorded with accuracy and integrity. You’ll support smooth and timely month-end and year-end closes, reconcile key general ledger accounts, and prepare the financial materials that inform leadership decisions, strengthen donor trust, and drive organizational growth.
