Life Remodeled Welcomes Three New Board Members

Life Remodeled is thrilled to announce the addition of three outstanding leaders to its Board of Directors: Holly Betke, Marnita S. Harris, and Vito Gioia II. These remarkable individuals join a board dedicated to advancing the mission of Life Remodeled and strengthening the communities served by our opportunity hubs, both today and in the future. We are excited to welcome them and to share their impressive backgrounds.
Holly Betke
Senior Director People Development + Engagement, StockX
Holly Betke is the Senior Director People Development + Engagement at StockX, where she brings over 23 years of expertise in designing training programs, facilitating leadership development, and managing people development teams. Holly is deeply passionate about leadership and helping teams achieve their full potential. In addition to her role at StockX, she teaches a Master’s program course in Learning Experience Design at Boise State University, sharing her knowledge and inspiring future leaders in the field.
Marnita S. Harris
Vice President, Economic Equity and Inclusion, Detroit Regional Chamber
Marnita S. Harris serves as the Vice President of Economic Equity and Inclusion at the Detroit Regional Chamber, leading Economic Equity and Inclusion efforts, like the Chamber’s internal equity council and Board of Directors committee. Her impactful career encompasses efforts in economic prosperity strategy, fundraising, workforce development, and education. Marnita has earned numerous accolades, including the 2023 Michigan Chronicle Woman of Excellence Award, Crain’s Detroit Business Notable Leader in DEI Award, and the Birmingham Bloomfield Diversity Taskforce Diversity Champion Award. She is also a Detroit Equity Action Lab (DEAL) Fellow and an alumna of both the New Detroit Multicultural Leadership Program and Leadership Detroit Class XXXVI.
Vito Gioia II
Managing Partner, Solyco Wealth
Vito Gioia II is the Managing Partner at Solyco Wealth, bringing over 25 years of experience in consulting business owners on estate and tax planning, succession and exit planning, asset allocation, lending, banking, and philanthropy. A graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Vito also holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA™). Deeply connected to Detroit, Vito has served as a board member of the Detroit Athletic Club for six years, including a term as Chairman and the Club’s 106th President. Additionally, he contributes to the advisory boards of the Multicultural Business Program at Michigan State University and the Ernest S. Betts Endowment.
