Last week, we held a luncheon to celebrate 80 businesses that contributed at least $10,000 to the Denby neighborhood through Life Remodeled. While the rapid development of downtown and midtown is exciting, the real heart of Detroit – its neighborhoods and the people who live in them – benefits from the commitment of these businesses.
